Phil Hodges is the co- founder, along with Ken Blanchard, of Lead Like Jesus, a non-profit ministry dedicated to inspiring and equipping people to become servant leaders. Phil currently guides content development for the organization's products and the promotion of the Lead Like Jesus message internationally. His professional leadership experience includes a 35 year career in human resources and labor relations with Xerox Corporation and with U.S. Steel, during which he acted as chief negotiator in 50 collective bargaining agreements. Phil has co-authored five books including Leadership by the Book, Lead Like Jesus and The Most Loving Place in Town. He and his wife, Jane, reside in Southern California and enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
