Dr. Greg Smalley serves as the vice president of Marriage at Focus on the Family. In this role, he develops and oversees initiatives that prepare individuals for marriage, strengthen and nurture existing marriages and help couples in marital crises. Prior to joining Focus, Smalley worked for the Center for Relationship Enrichment at John Brown University and as president of the National Institute of Marriage. He is the author of 20 books including Crazy Little Thing Called Marriage and Fight Your Way to a Better Marriage, and he is the co-author of The DNA of Relationships for Couples.
Erin Smalley serves as the strategic spokesperson for Focus on the Family’s marriage ministry, where she develops content for the marriage ministry. Erin is also a licensed professional counselor with a private practice (Smalley Marriage), as well as an author and conference speaker.
Jean Daly is a wife, mother, and an advocate for children in foster care. She is a volunteer for Maple Star Colorado, an independent, non-profit organization providing foster care, clinical, and community support systems. Jean and her husband Jim have shared their home with foster children – both short and long term – since 2011. Jean also gives her time to the Flying Horse Foundation, helping provide Equine-Assisted Learning for children who have experienced trauma. She is very active in a local church, and also enjoys hiking, glamping, and life with their two young-adult sons.
